Celebrate At-Promise Students and the Staff Who Serve Them!
RAPSA's annual At-promise student awards are now open for nominations. The Awards Event has become the seminal gathering of education, community and workforce leaders who serve at-promise youth. Celebrate with us by nominating students, staff and policy makers who represent the courage, heart and vision of reengaged students and the adults who serve them. The deadline for nominations is October 8th. Nominate your students and colleagues today!
The RAPSA Courage Award for a student who demonstrates courage in overcoming obstacles and pursuing academic excellence and dreams. This year, five scholarships of $1,000 each will be awarded.
The RAPSA Vision Award is presented to a legislator or policy maker who demonstrates vision in pursuing creative policies to attract and retain students who would otherwise be left out by traditional school programs.
The RAPSA Heart Award is awarded to a staff member from a school or organization selected for their heart for serving at promise students and the challenges that students face in overcoming them.
