We are thrilled to kick off the 9th Annual Reaching At-Promise Students Association conference this Wednesday, November 18, at 8:30 am pacific time.

Attendee Introduction Video: How to Login to Whova App and Desktop

 Access the event sessions through your desktop.

  1. Go to rapsa.org/forum2020 to login with the email you used to register. These pages are live now, so make sure that you can login before sessions start at 8:30 am pacific on Wednesday.
  2. The virtual sessions of the RAPSA Forum are best accessed through your desktop. As you navigate to each session, the meeting will be viewed within the online whova platform.
  3.  From the left hand navigation, click on Agenda to view the conference schedule. Click on a session to view speaker details, download handouts / slides, and join the session room.
  4.  Use the chat function located on the right hand side of each session to share your voice during sessions. We want this event to be as interactive as possible, so feel free to announce your name and organization, ask questions, and actively participate in every session.
Use the Whova app on your phone to network with other attendees.
  1. As in years past, we’ve been using the Whova app to network at the conference. Now that we are completely virtual, use the Whova app to message with other attendees, learn and join small group meet-ups, or even create a small group meet-up of your own.
  2. Download the Whova app from the app store, create a profile, and search for RAPSA Forum 2020 to get started. Click “join” and use your email that you used to register for the conference to login. (If you need an invitation code, use RAPSAF2020)
Visit the virtual Exhibit Hall.

  2.  From the home page, you can click on an organization’s name in the virtual lobby or click Sponsors in the lefthand navigation to visit their “exhibit booth.”
