We are pleased to announce our Friday, Nov 8. Keynote Speaker for the RAPSA 2024 forum will be President and co-founder of Forward Change, Arnold L. Chandler.
For more than twenty-two years he has aided government, nonprofits, and foundations in the process to develop evidence-informed strategies to advance programs and policies focused on social and economic equity.
Chandler works diligently as an advocate, researcher, and social change strategist. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a M.S. in Information Systems and has authored several important policy analyses and studies in the equity field.
Chandler will be giving a presentation entitled “Striving and Thriving: Building Effective Pathways to Upward Mobility for Youth of Color” which is based on recent research reports and will be discussing three core concepts: education, income/upward mobility and targeted employment training. We look forward to hearing more about these topics at the RAPSA 2024 Forum.
